Trouble Shooting For Alternating Mattresses and Cushions

The pump is showing no indicators to say that it is on Is the mains plug in Plug in Contact technician

The low pressure light is on & not going out Are the hoses connected Reconnect hoses Contact technician

  Are there any obvious leaks in the mattress Contact technician Contact technician
 
The pump is on but not inflating the mattress Disconnect hoses from pump to see if air is coming out Contact technician Contact technician

  Is the CPR tag/button in place Relocate CPR Contact technician
  Are there any obvious air leaks in the mattress/cushion Contact technician Contact technician
  Check the pressure is in the suggested range for the weight of the person (if applicable) Turn the pressure up to within the correct weight limit (if applicable) Contact technician
  Are there any kinks in the tubing running down the side of the mattress Untwist any kinks Contact technician
